Your service was tremendous. There was an issue with the website and I recieved a very prompt reply and a way around it so I could still place my order and have the hamper delivered on time. The recipient was very happy with the contents! There's something for every occasion and there is more opportunity to customise the hampers online than a lot of other places. It's a great gift if you can't be there in person for that special occasion.

Am most impressed with the attention to detail
I was looking for something special for my mother who was sick in hospital. Flowers are lovely, but she is a practical sort of person and I wanted something she could use and bring home easily. So I veered away from all the flowers and found hobby hampers. I chose the lavender products , because mum would love them, they would smell, taste and feel! great. AND bonus local products supporting the area. I am very glad I didn't get flowers.Gtreat website. I had problems with paying ( my fault)
so I phoned the help line. Wonderful friendly customer service and problem was
resolved easily. Being able to track the product was a bonus and made me feel
comforted that she would get the hamper ( I am in Sydney ,mum in Newcastle)
Hamper was much admired at the hospital and mum felt very special- and that's
what exactly what I wanted her to feel.
